“I woke up with a hunch that things were not as they should be. To anyone outside looking in, it would have appeared that I was living an ideal life. I had a decent job, I was married to a good man, and had two lovely children. We owned a nice house and drove pleasant cars. We hosted nice parties on weekends for our wonderful friends and we had enjoyable holidays. But on the inside, everything was anything but ‘good’ or ‘nice’. I was miserable, and I didn’t know why.
I was the epitome of J D Salinger’s quote, ‘She wasn’t doing a thing that I could see, except standing there leaning on the balcony railing, holding the universe together.’
It was as if suddenly a warning light had switched on in my head and I couldn’t figure out how to switch it off. I felt empty, unsatisfied, sad, and so, so lonely despite being surrounded by family and friends, yet they did not understand my distress. Slowly my mental health deteriorated, and I was eventually diagnosed with clinical depression. I felt a hunger– a spiritual hunger–and there was an immense void in place of where my joy and sense of purpose used to be.” Read More…
Do you ever wish someone would just get you?

Midlife Mentor for Women, and Author of When She Wakes, She Will Move Mountains.
A few years ago I was in a very dark place. I felt like my whole life was passing me by. I knew that I wanted more out of my life, but I had no idea of what I wanted or how to get it.
I remember staring at my reflection in the mirror and, no longer recognizing who the woman looking back at me was. I felt so lost, so disconnected from HER, as if she was a stranger to me.
I tried a bunch of different things to make myself feel better. I changed jobs repeatedly, hoping to spark passion in me. I had another baby hoping that becoming a mother again would fulfill me. I opened a cupcake business that failed dismally nearly bankrupted myself and my family, hoping to find purpose. I became addicted to online shopping hoping that the momentary ‘high’ I felt would bring me happiness. I gained heaps of weight in the attempts to satisfy my spiritual hunger with food.
But here’s the truth… I was trying to ‘fix’ myself with a bunch of external stuff. The pain, the hunger, the stuckness, the despair, was coming from inside of me and the answer could only come from inside of me too. I had to do the inner work to heal not only for myself but for my daughters who I was unwittingly passing my ‘Mother Wound’ to.
My personal journey of self-discovery, healing and coming out the other side with confidence and purpose is why I am so committed to helping women to co-create magic in the lives too.
I have been in the valley of despair and I know what it takes to be able to climb and conquer the “mountains” we encounter in life. Let me help you to discover your purpose, reclaim your joy, find your voice. You can have the life YOU truly want!

We are all born full of potential to be whoever we would like to be and have the life that we choose. However, many women become trapped in the roles that they have been handed by others and find themselves overshadowed in their lives, by metaphorical ‘mountains’.
We have been handed the role of Maiden or Mother unawares and told that this is all we can be, that this is all we are capable of. At the same time, we have been warned about the dangers of stepping off of the path and becoming ‘too much’.
Women are supposedly not allowed to be ‘too sensitive’, ‘too curious’, ‘too loud’, ‘too successful’, ‘too creative’, ‘too powerful’, ‘too opinionated’ or ‘too sexy’. We are led to believe that we have to fit into our culture’s narrow view of who they think that we are or should be, according to ‘them’ and their view of the world.
We have been fed tale after cautionary tale about the danger of stepping up into being our Own Queen. We have been fed the illusion of safety and because of this many women are afraid of claiming their Own Crown for their Own Life as their Own Queen.
What if I told you there was a better way?
We are so much more powerful than we give ourselves credit for.
In my book, I guide you on an epic journey as you explore how you can use Ancient Archetype wisdom to reconnect with your Wild, Authentic Inner Queen.
My book explains the 7 Feminine Archetypes and how they relate to you and your life. Learn how you can Claim Your Crown as the Queen of your own life by learning how the 7 Archetypes play out in your life.
Discover how you can Claim Your Sovereignty by lifting the veil of mystery!
Archetypes for Women are fascinating and have been used as a teaching tool for centuries. Because these universal representations of human behaviour seem so familiar to us, we can use Archetypes to help us to develop a greater awareness and understanding of our behaviours and how we may be keeping ourselves stuck and small.
