At Tanya Valentin Coaching, your trust, privacy, and safety matter deeply.
As a New Zealand–based parent coach, I am not subject to U.S. or international mandatory reporting laws. This means I am not required to report to Child Protective Services (CPS), schools, or government agencies in the United States or elsewhere.
My role is to provide compassionate, non-clinical support for parents, not to diagnose, assess, or report. I do not keep clinical records, make formal reports, or share private information with third parties.
What This Means for You:
- You can speak freely and honestly, without fear of being judged or reported.
- All information shared in coaching sessions, emails, and my membership community is held in the strictest confidence.
- I will only break confidentiality if required by New Zealand law — for example, in the rare case of immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else.
Important Notes:
- My services are non-clinical and do not replace therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
- I am not a licensed mental health professional or mandated reporter under U.S. or international law.
This is a safe, parent-led space where you can explore your family’s journey with honesty and care.
