Hi, I’m Tanya Valentin — an AuDHD parent, family coach, author, and podcaster.

I support parents of autistic and ADHD children through burnout recovery with a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach.

As a mum to three autistic teens/young adults, I know how isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming this journey can feel.
