Hi, I’m Tanya Valentin, an AuDHD parent, family coach, author, and podcaster. I guide parents of Autistic and ADHD kids through burnout recovery using a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach.

As a parent of three autistic teens, I know firsthand how isolating and exhausting this journey can be.

That’s why I created this space—so no parent has to navigate it alone.

What if I’m already burnt out?
That’s exactly why this exists. Come as you are. We’ve designed this space to support you even if you’re running on fumes.

Will this help my child directly?
Yes—by supporting you, it supports them. Regulated, connected parents are the strongest healing force.

Do I have to show up live?
Not at all. Come live when you can. Everything is recorded, and the Voxer space is open anytime.

What if I try it and it’s not for me?
You can cancel anytime—no guilt, no hard feelings. That’s part of being low demand.

What if my child hasn’t officially been diagnosed with autism?

A formal diagnosis isn’t required to join. If you believe your child may be Autistic or is struggling with burnout, this space is here to support you with tools and strategies that can make a difference, regardless of where you are in the diagnostic process.

Is this membership suitable for parents of PDA children? 

Yes this membership is suitable for all parents of neurodivergent children, teens and young adults who are in Autistic/Neurodivergent Burnout.
