With the rise of the influence of social media, the pandemic, exams, uncertainty over gender, sexuality and increasing numbers of children being diagnosed as neurodiverse it can feel so overwhelming for parents. You may have read the mental health stats for teens who are on one or both of these spectrums and feel so lost as to what you can do as a parent.
